Yellow buttermilk cupcakes

Yummmmmm!  But frosting a little on the soft side.  Why doesn't anything ever come out perfectly on the first try???  Pictures to follow.  But for now, I still have to write a triennial report and two IEP's.   Explanations later.... Yawn!
